Wild Foods Dinner At Northern Spy Food Co.

Northern Spy Food Co. (my coverage here) will be hosting a four course wild foods dinner today Wednesday May 9th. The menu will feature several ingredients foraged from the woods such as whelks & pasture grasses. $50 will get you:
- Foraged forest salad: burdock root, pine, violets, malted rye.
- Wild mussel and ramp chowder with whelk fritters.
- Lamb roasted in pasture grasses: chickweed, goutweed, sweet cicely.
- Knotweed Napoleon: ginger and coriander ice cream.
